Ash Tree Vets, a long established Leicestershire based veterinary clinic with branches in Market Harborough, Kibworth, Desborough and Rothwell, have animal welfare at the heart of every service they offer.
With a 24 hour emergency service, staffed by their own vets, they asked us to create and develop a full range of marketing communications that would showcase not just this 24 hour service, but emphasise the personal and committed approach adopted by everyone within the practice.
We evolved the practice branding through a fresh colour palette and revised illustration iconography throughout, designing and developing an intuitive, contemporary CMS site, fully responsive and integrated with social media.
Our creative solution developed a brand mark instantly recognisable through two distinct elements, either of which work in isolation or combine to further strengthen recognition.
Our bold use of illustrative icons, sitting perfectly with a serif font to emphasise the client's wish to demonstrate heritage, professionalism and a friendly service, applied across a broad range of stationery on high quality stock of paper and board.
We created and developed a bespoke, future-facing digital platform, strengthening the brand with biography pages of vet surgeons and clinical nurses. We added practice news and social media, useful informative content for pet care, insurance, going abroad, everything in fact a pet owner would find interesting and useful from a professional, caring veterinary practice, building trust and confidence, increasing awareness of wider issues connected with pet care, and all, of course, fully mobile responsive.
Not only have we designed and built the brand and website for Ash Tree Vets but we have further extended our reach in assisting with the shop interior designs and signage to create and craft a brand experience that is memorable for their clients. Veterinary care isn't just caring for the pets but it also guides the carers and pet owners to achieve and train their pets to the best of their ability, this works hand in hand with our aided visual communications that we have produced.
