Baby Swap or Shop is an online free to use website for mums to be and parents to buy and sell new and used maternity, baby and toddler items throughout the UK.

We created the brand, website and social media accounts from the very start of this new venture resulting in astonishing numbers in terms of following and engagement! Before algorithms were introduced to Facebook, the page was increasing by over 500 plus likes per day! BSOS became a real one-stop page for parents to buy and sell as well as discuss and share ‘baby talk’, tips and information.

Regular campaigns have successfully achieved results for nursery sector companies and influencers along with some fantastic reciprocal arrangements and partnership working & networking. Our creative work and customer focus along the way has achieved over 100,000 organic likes, over 33,000 Twitter followers as well as approx. combined 80,000 likes on the BSOS local area pages, which we sought out ‘social-savvy’ mums to administrate.
