Church Farm Lodge is a fourth generation family-run bed and breakfast in the heart of rural Northamptonshire. With a huge overhaul schedule of barn conversions and room upgrades; they gave Seventy9 a design brief to refresh their website as part of the process.
From cows and chickens to a complex of 23 ensuite rooms with stunning views, Church Farm Lodge has continued to grow as a successful business and Seventy9 was given the project of designing and developing a new website that would celebrate that growth.
When booking a bed and breakfast, visitors to the website need two things: to see visually and through good content what they are getting for their money and an ease-of-use booking system.
Our designers retained the navy, gold and white colour palette of Church Farm Lodge, using gold call to action buttons, navy overlays and toning the white down by using a linear, rounded geometric pattern in the background.
The whole website has been designed with images in mind. With high competition in the hotel and accommodation industry; the Church Farm Lodge website only has seconds to attract a visitor to its pages and retain their attention through highly quality visuals.
The Church Farm Lodge website is built using the Seventy9 bespoke content management system. This allows the client to easily update images and content to publish immediately. Reviews are easy to add, an image cropper allows easy upload of new photographs and the dashboard allows for quick navigation changes to the sitemap.
