As part of our long-term development plans we are looking to expand our client
services team and recruit a Client Services Officer.
The successful applicant will work as a liason between our client-base and studio
team organising scheduling and content resources for on web and print projects.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation
and communication skills along with an exceptional attention to detail.
Key Tasks
- Liasing with clients face-to-face and via telephone/email
- Working with the studio team to action client requests
- Managing project workflow and schedules
- Organising content and resource delivery
- Taking creative briefs and communicating back to the studio
- Control project budget and supplier costs
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing client-base spend
Applicants must be able to demonstrate
- Excellent organisation skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly
articulate
- The ability to oversee and control projects from conception to completion
- A strong and friendly personality
- A willingness to help out in a small team
- An ability to work closely with our sales and studio teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and / or relevant project management software
- Good knowledge of web and print processes and technologies
This is an extremely flexible and dynamic role which would suit an energetic
personality. You will be working closely with all members of our team to help us
deliver projects to our clients with added value.
Overall level of experience and salary requirements is open and each candidate
will be judged on their individual merits. Previous experience within an
agency environment is desired but not essential. Flexible working hours available depending on individual circumstances.
